I want my ex girlfriend back what should I say to get her back?
Me and my ex girlfriend we’re together for a year and a half and we weren’t just boyfriend girlfriend we were also best friends and I miss her everyday. Whilst we were broken up she saw a pic of me on facebook talking to another girl and she got really angry and said we’d never get back together now and then she said she likes somebody else. And she had a go at me for going out loads but we’re not together soo why is she bothered and she goes out patrying more than me anyway. I want her back badly what do I do to get her back.
We broke up about 6 weeks ago because I got drunk at her prom and embrassed her in front of her family and friends. We’ve broken up before and she said if we ever broke up again we would never get back together. But when I tried to get her back via calling her, txting her and emailing her she said no but she also said if you stop beig stupid we could get back together and if we stay friends maybe we’ll get back together. And we went shopping the other week and it was fun talkng about the old days and we arranged to go out more often to the cinema but ever since then she has said she’s too busy and we’re not meant to be. My girlfriend and I broke up about 3 months ago, mostly it was because of fighting. About a month ago we started talking about getting back together, we meet up for dinner one night and she had told me she wasn’t really sure if she wanted to get back together right away. But that night we ended up making out and hugging and kissing and we showed each other we still had love for each other. We then decided that we should trying going out on dates and see how that goes. So one week later we go on our first date and we can not keep our hands off each other we were both just so happy to be back in each others life that we decided to get back together right there. We spent the rest of that weekend together to the beach then a house party everything was great. Then we fought again… it was over a dumb thing regarding things that happen when we were apart.
I then realized that just because we were back together it doesn’t mean things were gonna be better yet. So I decided that we still needed to sit down and talk about what went wrong the first time and how we could prevent it from happening again. But somehow we never got a chance to see each other after the weekend in the beach and house party were we got back together. Something always came up, either she had to work late, or she had to come to this last minute class for her job training. Then that weekend she had plans to go to Ponchos and i was unable to go with her so she spent three days there with friends. When she was there I noticed that she was every distant she never texted me or called me when i called her she said she was busy. She kept saying she was always busy or had her phone else where.
When she came back that Sunday we finally talked on the phone she said she was sorry but now its in the past no reason to keep bringing it up. I kept trying to talk still about the problems we had when we broke up and she just did not want to talk about it she always said she was tired or wanted to talk about it the next day. Finally after a few days she was saying she was getting tired of me always trying to talk about the problems and was getting bored… Finally on Wednesday while havinf dinner she kept telling me she wasn’t sure about us because she didn’t know if it was going to be the same, finally at the end of the dinner she said she would try it again. On our way to the car she stopped me and told me she had to tell me something that she had lied to me about. she told me that she had been talking to her ex bf as friends. She had previously told me he had texted her on her birthday and that was it. she told me that she had told him not to talk to her again. But it was a lie and she had been talking to him about everyday over text and via phone calls and that she hang out with him one time, that they went to dinner. She said they were only friends and that she had told him we were getting back together and she was not gonna talk to him again. I was extremely upset, but mostly it was because she had lied to me before and not because she talked to him and they hung out once. After some thinking I had told her that it was ok and i would forgive her for lying. But she would have to earn my trust again. She said that she was fine with that. The every next day before we were suppose meet up, she told me she did not want to be with me and that she had been thinking about it and realized she didn’t want to get back together and it was a hard decision for her. And that she didn’t feel the same. She said she wasn’t sure if I loved her for her or for what she made me feel. …later that day she said she had to rethink about it cause she was confused and wanted to make the right decision. She later ask me out that Friday for a movie date and she would make a decision there. Earlier that Friday before we meet up to the movies, i asked her if she was still talking to her ex. She said No, that he didn’t want to talk to her anymore because he didn’t want to get in between our relationship. So later that night, we was at the movies and it was going well and it appeared that she was going to decide yes to stay together. But while we were towards the end of the movie she had fallen asleep, i noticed her phone hanging out her purse, I went with my gut and took it and read some of her txt msgs. I saw her ex bf had text her telling her to “leave him alone and go talk to her lil bf (me)” then another text message asking how our date went. I then I saw another text message between her and her cousin and she was asking her cousin for advice because “she did not know what to do between me and her ex bf”. Before I could read more she woke up and saw it and grabbed her phone back. I asked her to explain all this, tell me what was going on. she said she been hanging out with her ex bf as friends
Should i go No contact to get my ex girlfriend back?
Long story short, she left me a month ago after 8 months together, saying she wanted to be alone. Theres no other guys. I have seen her quite alot since the breakup as we work together, but ive played it cool and let her do all the initiating when it comes to contact. She shows classic signs of wanting me back, flirting, calling/ texting me, laughing at my jokes, being playful, paying compliments etc, But has taken a step back more than once, i feel im getting somewhere, then nowhere.
Well, she initiates all the contact, i have a relationship book which has helped me alot and has taught me to play it cool and not to smother her, so i stay away and let do the contacting. Well she randomly got in touch with me last night, with a cheesy opener such as “i think my kid sister likes you”, we had a conversation, which was full of small talk and jokes. Just as things were comfortable, she then made an excuse to go to sleep. This angered me cos i thought that it could be days before we pick things up, so i asked her “what do you want from me?” She said “she values my friendship and likes talking to me” I assured her that i am not her friend (as friendship would only help her to move on, leaving me clinging to hope) and that i had made this clear during the relationship. She seemed sad at first, and i said that she should not contact me for pointless friend talk then she said “ok” n that was it.
Have i done the right thing here? She shows signs of wanting me back, but she backs off, even when i havent come onto her and played it cool? Any advice to get her back? Ive told her not to contact me so im wondering if she will follow this through.
